3 Days from Fes to Marrakech via Merzouga Sahara Desert. will start from the airport, Riad/Hotel to Ifrane and Azrou via the Middle Atlas mountains. On the way, we will discontinue at the cedar forests to observe the Barbary apes in their ordinary local. Travelling to Midelt and along the wonderful Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock. You will observe nature as you come near the city of Errachidia. After lunch we’ll keep on our trip via the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, then Rissani and Merzouga. After a glass of mint tea, we’ll ride a camel to a Berber camp in the middle of the Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes. Which are the top sand dunes in North Africa, Overnight under stars.
We will get up early to take pleasure in the sunrise on the dunes then ride a camel back to the hotel. After breakfast, we’ll go away to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges and finally reach the Dades valley where we will have dinner and pass the night.
After breakfast, we’ll go via the Dades Valley to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The route via the Dades Valley, the way of the thousand Kasbahs, offering several photo chances. We’ll see the roses valley and Skoura village, then go on to Ouarzazat, ”the Hollywood of Africa”. Lunch is at the well-known Ait Haddou Kasbah, the biggest Kasbah in Morocco. After turning this UNESCO World Heritage spot, we will go on via the awesome Tizi nTichka pass, getting an altitude of 2260m, over the High Atlas Mountains. In the end, we will reach Marrakech late afternoon. End of the 3 days from Fes.
